WHAT NEEDS TO BE READY?
Your data, systems and team.

The scope identifies deliverables, responsibilities and the evidence needed before launch.
Your team is part of the project
Testing, training and handover help people use the new processes with confidence.
UAE IMPLEMENTATION DEADLINES
Know which dates apply to your business.
Appointing an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) and starting to use eInvoicing have separate deadlines. These dates apply to businesses and transactions within scope, subject to exclusions.
| Business category | Appoint an ASP by | Implement by |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue ≥ AED 50 million | 30 October 2026 | 1 January 2027 |
| Revenue < AED 50 million | 31 March 2027 | 1 July 2027 |
| Government entities | 31 March 2027 | 1 October 2027 |
The revenue threshold is not limited to business-to-business sales. Your company structure and transaction mix also need to be considered.

FROM GAPS TO AN AGREED PLAN
Know what needs attention and what you will receive.
Records that need attention
Missing or inconsistent details can cause invoice failures. Your deliverable: an agreed list of data gaps and priorities for correction.
Processes that do not connect
Separate billing and accounting routines can duplicate work. Your deliverable: a plan for the agreed software connection and invoice processes.
Unclear responsibilities
Unresolved transactions can be missed. Your deliverables: testing results, staff guidance and clear responsibilities for daily follow-up.
VALUE BEYOND COMPLIANCE
Use the change to build a better-run business.
More organised records
Replace scattered records and informal routines with consistent information and clearer responsibilities.
Better business information
Reliable data can give you a clearer view of sales, purchases and the issues that need attention.
Less repetitive work
Reduce manual entry and repeated checks so your team can focus more time on customers and growth.
The benefits depend on the work undertaken and how your team adopts the systems.
BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
A few questions you may have.
Does appointing an ASP complete our preparation?
No. Provider appointment does not establish that your records are complete, your software is ready or your team can manage failed invoices. FACT helps you prepare and test these parts of the business alongside the ASP connection.
Will we need to replace our accounting software?
Not necessarily. We first assess what your current software supports and whether a suitable connection is available. Moving to another system is considered where the existing setup cannot meet the agreed requirements. Any additional software or development work is identified before you commit.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
FACT reviews the information you share and contacts you to discuss your software, companies, priorities and questions. We then agree the appropriate next step. A detailed readiness assessment or implementation starts only after its scope and terms are agreed.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Start with a conversation about your setup.
Tell us which software you use and what concerns you. We’ll discuss your priorities and agree the next step. Detailed assessment and implementation are scoped separately.
